📩 Inquiry → 💬 Quote → ✏️ Concept Sketch → 🔁 Revisions → 🎯 Final Illustration → 📦 Delivery

📩 Initial Inquiry

Projects begin with a consultation to discuss your needs, objectives, timeline, and intended audience. Reference materials, surgical notes, imaging, or device specifications may be provided at this stage.

If needed, I will ask clarifying questions to ensure complete understanding before moving forward.

💬 Proposal & Quote

Based on the project scope, you will receive a detailed quote outlining the key components of the project. This ensures full transparency before work begins and provides a clear understanding of expectations on both sides.

The quote includes:

  • Scope of work and defined objectives
  • Deliverables and file formats
  • Estimated timeline for completion
  • Usage and licensing terms based on intended application

If needed, any part of the scope can be refined or clarified prior to approval to ensure alignment. Once the quote is accepted, the project is confirmed and scheduled into the production timeline.

✏️ Concept Development

Once the project scope is defined, preliminary sketches are created to establish composition, anatomical accuracy, and key visual elements. This stage focuses on structure and clarity, planning perspective, positioning, and procedural flow before final rendering.

Reference materials such as surgical notes, imaging, or device specifications are incorporated to ensure accuracy. The concept is then shared for review and feedback prior to refinement.

🔁 Client Revisions

The initial concept sketch is shared for review to ensure alignment with your objectives and clinical accuracy. Feedback is encouraged on anatomy, composition, labeling, and visual emphasis to ensure the illustration communicates clearly and effectively.

Revisions are then incorporated to refine structure, clarity, and accuracy. The revised concept is resubmitted for approval before moving into final rendering.

🎯 Final Illustration

The final artwork is produced with refined detail, accurate anatomical representation, and professional formatting suited to its intended use. This stage focuses on precision and clarity to ensure the illustration communicates effectively for publication, education, presentation, or marketing purposes.

Appropriate labeling is included where required, and files are prepared according to the final application. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage to ensure complete satisfaction before delivery.

📦 Delivery

Final files are delivered in the appropriate formats based on the intended use of the illustration, such as Jpg, tiff, or other requested specifications. Files are prepared at high resolution to ensure suitability for both digital and print applications.

An invoice is issued upon completion. If needed, files can be adapted for specific publication, presentation, or licensing requirements.
